[RFI] ATT U-Verse RFI issues....now temperature sensistive Powerline noise.

I had a problem like that, only it was around 40-50 deg F when the
noise would kick in.  Turned out to be a "new style" lightning arrestor.
The linemen could hardly believe it was the source when I helped
track it down.
