[RFI] Unknown Signals on 20 and 17

Hello All,

 

I've been hearing an unknown signal in my late afternoon 2330z to 0230z on
14.008, 14.038 and 18.090. You can clearly hear it in the USB position as it
can't easily get through my CW filters. Nonetheless I am curious if anyone
has identified this unknown signal that sounds like water dripping out of a
leaky faucet. 

 

At first I thought it maybe local RF junk but noticed it had QSB on the
signal and peaks for me towards 140 degrees(South America) a direction that
is only open farm land.

 

Any ideas?
