[RFI] Noise

 I posted a query on here about a year ago, re: solar arrays.

My observation is now available.  There is a house about
one half mile from here which has just acquired a whole roof
of panels.  When I approach the house, beginning about
100 yards away, the noise level booms up at least 20 dB.

I do not yet know who manufactured this set of panels.
