[RFI] I will have the CEO of my electric utility arrested(Was:Re:I will have you arrested)

Hi Doc,

Please don't get the impression that I'm in any way drawing a salary from
the legal profession, but honestly, why must it be the Amateur who is always
the one who "...pussy-foots" about, when it is OUR right to pursue happiness
that is being callously infringed upon...?

It seems that the Ham is the poor soul knocking upon door after door, hat in
one hand, the other extended out for some morsel of a hand-out.

At one time here in Canada, a good lawyer would write a "legal-ish" letter
of complaint on behalf of his client for less than $100.00---more often than
not, receipt of a formal communication like that was more than enough to
make any reasonable party "...cease and desist."...or at least sit up and
take notice.

What's my impression of what a typical "civilian" might do if he/she was
suddenly subjected to RFI from a nearby Ham...?

(1) He/she'd file a huge law-suit against the Ham for denying him/her
his/her rights;

(2) He/she'd file a huge law-suit against the Ham for denying him/her
his/her rights, and finally,

(3) He/she'd file a huge law-suit against the Ham for denying him/her
his/her rights.

I could never understand why it is that we Hams bear this martyr syndrome, &
are addicted to wearing white hats...
