Well, you're right, it's not going to fly, for any number of reasons.  But it does put out there, for everyone to hear from another segment of radio, the problems caused by the "creeping" cacophony of all those "incidental radiators".

Hmmm, seems XM/Sirius thinks the FCC's latest proposal has it in for _them_, too.
