[RFI] Solar Systems

  Joe,

I have said this several times previously.  Put a statement in the 
contract that payment is to be made upon installation of a system that 
does not cause you interference.  I do this for every appliance I 
purchase.  I sometimes get  some resistance but no one has ever refused.
