: It's difficult enough to get power companies to deal with THEIR
: problems. It's a BAD idea to waste their time (and our political

This is why you should cut the BS and direct it to those whose job it is to
handle such things, the FCC and PUC.  Use the FCCs online noise complaint
forms.  Fill out a form EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU TURN ON YOUR RADIO AND HEAR
NOISE.  It is an automated system, after so many reports, it trips a red 
flag and the FCC goes out to investigate, one report means nothing.

Let the offenders fight the FCCs automated system and prove their
innocence in the process.
