[RFI] TV turns on-off when TX

I have the same problem with my Samsung.  80m and 160m only.  My solution - 
which the neighbors probably won't like - is to pull the power from that 
unit when it's contest weekend.

Is it one of those samsung models that have a touch type buttons
(probably capacitive) along the bottom right margin? I do the same to my
neighbours' tv.
