[RFI] Aquarium Heater

Which many do, particularly with large and/or hunting dogs.  It also 
provides water while outside in freezing weather, even if the dog comes 
in for the night.  We have an outside cat who couldn't live inside, but 
whose single greatest problem during the winter is finding liquid water 
to drink.
