[RFI] Cell Phone Charger Duracell made in China

Wall Charger (Universal Replacement) made by Duracell model # DU 5206 
intended for charging Blackberry, HTC Eris Droid type cell phones is so 
dirty it is a sin. This one radiates from both in's and out's. Clamped 
up some ferrites on the DC line but it still has the house wiring 
singing loudly on 2.7 (peak) and 30 Meters is wiped out. 14 and 7 both
