[RFI] RFI Analysis Please

Sounds  like the switching power supply of a plasma tv.  my neighbors samsung does this on 3902 mhz.

When you verify the source, take a pic of the source and save the audio file

I hear that on 3820 almost all the time..like now...sounds like plasma tv to
me....at least I think that's what it is.
