[RFI] More on LightSquared

[K8RI]

With recent comments on GPS it appears that LightSquared is counting on 
getting that spectrum allocated to it.  Watch out for line wrap.

If it turns out as predicted by GPS manufacturers GPS users including 
APRS may have a major problem.
