[RFI] LED streetlight noise.

I've noticed excessive RFI coming from LED traffic lights ...
  the red/yellow/green type....

wonder if the rfi noise is enough to mess with data on public service 
vehicles..
cops & firetrucks...ambulances...
too bad they find it necessary to pulse them for brighter output.....
