[RFI] Signal or Noise on 14.200

Is this the noise that you are hearing?

The recording was made in AM mode with a 9kHz filter.
I copy it at S9 at a heading of about 130 degrees from 
middle Tennessee. It shifts frequency occasionally plus 
or minus about 500 Hz. I have no idea what it is.
