[RFI] Signal on 14.2 MHz

 when I was in VP9 for CQWW RTTY, there was talk on the local
repeater about some type of radar causing interference, but I didn't
catch all the details....I believe someone referred to it as "ocean
mapping radar" ?!?!?!
