Tom's practical advice is always a good study.  And as has been noted, 
RFI is often due to a combination of things. Fix the loudest ones and 
you hear the lower level things.  But one of the most troubling things 
about this particular installation is the RFI TO the car's computer, and 
may be the most difficult to fix.
