[RFI] 200 khz AC line noise

I just bought the house and it is true that the wiring is a total mess 
(no ground, hot and neutral reversals).  We had an electrician rewire 
the third floor (we had knob and tube wiring in the attic), but rewiring 
the rest of the house would be pricy.

However I don't think this is related to my longwave antenna noise.  
There is power line noise is all over the neighborhood.
