[RFI] Noise on 75 Meters

Dale is correct. This is a common symptom of HPS streetlight bulbs. If it
occurs 24/7 it also has a bad photocell. If only at night it's just the
bulb. Sometimes a bad photo cell causes the bulb to malfunction..

Street light maybe.  If it is, it is more than likely within a block or two
or maybe three.  I've had them four to five blocks away and still strong
signal on 75, cycles on and off once or so per minute.  Look for streetlight
cycling on and off.
