[RFI] TV turns on-off when TX

I am sure that the TV has touch type buttons.
Two of my friends had the same problem with a Samsung monitor with touch 
type buttons. The forst one returned the monitor back abd bought one with 
classic buttons. The second one modified the TV and changed  the buttons to 
classics. Anyone good electronic can find something more on this? I have 
found good chances to buy a new monitor but i never bought because of these 
buttons...
