Virtually anything that is roughly the desired shape will word, be it 
plastic or metal:  Cook ware, kids snow saucers, etc. Just go into 
Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears, Koh'ls, or hard ware stores and look around. 
Let your imagination be your guide.
