[RFI] RFI via Florescent Lights, HP 5328A & 2/440 HT?

Not a problem here as I'm inside a steel building so the HT is
useless for ops unless connected to an external antenna.

It is more a curiosity than a problem.  Inquiring minds want to
know ... at least one does.
