No, it's only a numbers game, AND, more important, power line filters
are not generally effective in preventing RFI. First, because
differential mode RF on the power line is rarely the problem, and
because they don't attack common mode RF on the power line (because the
green wire goes right through them). And common mode is the primary issue.
