[RFI] Comments on RFI from Ductless Air Conditioning Units?

It seems a stretch to me that typical HVAC company would even know what
radio frequency interference is, much less know how to deal with it or
offer written performance guarantees about it.
Am I in error?
Do such companies have test equipment to find/trouble shoot RFI that may
be caused by their installed systems? Do they have personnel with a
level of technical expertise to find/cure RFI?
