[RFI] Grouping and routing shack wiring

I had an antenna for each band, the rigs were close to SO5R.
The wiring behind the desk was a mass. Likewise a neat, segregated, and 
harnessed, rewiring job was an RFI disaster. It looked great, but 
nothing worked right, or only at very low power. It took a month or more 
to get them all working again.

There was a separate station at the end of the room, but it wasn't part 
of the rewiring.
