[RFI] 12m OTHR???

Getting a "pulsing" sound only on the 12m band which pretty much floats
around. It pulses every 1/2 sec or more and does have some QSB at times.
Maybe OTHR?? Anybody else hearing it on the East Coast?

The other sound is almost similar but think it is local and is a "swooshing"
sound almost like someone on a tread mill but is 24/7. Pretty much shut most
of the breakers off in the house and still hear it. It drifts up/dn the band
but is only prevalent on the 12m band...bizzare !

Any clues ?
