[RFI] From Topband- Warbling Noise around 3513 khz.???? Opinions sought.

Hey! I have that same type of noise around here! Not sure what frequency it 
is/was on, but your descriptions match what I am hearing. Sometimes it is 
VERY loud here too.

I'll go look for it and report.
