[RFI] MANCHESTER CODE?

I am helping a friend (WZ1Q) track down this RFI on 80 meters.  We have it
recorded but the reflector will not accept an attachment.  If anyone is
interested in giving a listen, I have uploaded it.  Here is the link to

We checked on the ARRL web site under Sounds Of RFI
<http://www.arrl.org/sounds-of-rfi> but we could not match it to anything.


A friend over on main campus said it sounded like Data, in the form of a
MANCHESTER CODE.
