[RFI] LED Bulbs

Did you miss my observation that it is the switching power supplies for
the LEDs that are the producing the noise? They are built into the base
of each LED lamp. Think about it -- LEDs operate on a few volts DC, but
they are connected to a 120VAC outlet.
