Deregulation is a fine thing, isn't it?  Were the FCC inclined, and
it's not, they'd outsource any type of certification (as Ed described)
to private vendors anyway.  And we'd find that north of 95%, maybe
99%, of products meet FCC rules.

You can argue that FCC rules are too lax, but again, they aren't about
to change them because the sense of their bosses, the Congress, is not
to bother with any of that lest it harm shareholders or other owners.

Unless someone dies, in which case it's The Most Important Thing Ever
and Why Weren't You Bureaucrats Doing Your Jobs?

Buy lots of ferrite.  Distribute it to your neighbors.
