Are you receiving it at 400Mhz also?  Then you know you're close to the source on power lines and can start looking for hardware.

They are riding the lines again - a more senior lineman is hoping to
spot something not apparent to the newer guy who looked at them a
couple of weeks ago.

The pulled the arrestors, inspected the insulators, checked the
floodlight across the street - nothing they tried on the two
suspect poles made any difference.

Puzzling ... last time it was arrestors & HF became dead quiet.

It starts about 700KHz and blankets up through 60MHz on my IC-7200.
