[RFI] clamp on ferrites at Mouser

Arrow Electronics is a good place to buy ferrites, if you can
find the ones you want in stock.  They have some of the ones
mentioned below at good prices.  Their stock comes and goes, so
it's good to keep an eye out for the ones you want.
