Henry Ott is a highly respected EMC engineer, consultant to many of the
largest US corporations, and author of THE most highly regarded text on
EMC. Henry is also a ham. I don't remember his call.

I do NOT recommend buying a noisy product and adding a filter, no matter
how good it is. Some noise is radiated by products, and no filter will
reduce that component of noise. And depending on how good the filter is
and how it is connected to the noisy box, it may not be effective.
