[RFI] Shielded vs unshielded loops.

Ken,

You do not need a shielded loop.  You can build a loop in a few hours.  
See:  http://tomthompson.com/radio/RecievingLoop/loop.html I can track 
down an RFI source verry easily.  The RFI is vertically polarized so the 
null is looking through the loop.
