[RFI] Sungevity Solar RFI

Are there any solar inverters out there right now that ARE very noisy? I am not talking interference within one's own house, but strong interference from neighboring homes. I'd like to buy one and test it for compliance with the rules, but want to make sure I get a noisy one!

Does anyone have a solar system, specifically from Sungevity?  I am interested to know if there is any RFI from their inverters or do you cause any RFI to your solar panels or inverter from your HF transmissions?
