[RFI] LED Street lights

Hi Kurt,

I got three LED Spot Lights from Walmart, model number "LED BR40", and
while they are probably well under the minimum the FCC allows, they are
a bit noisy...  

With three of them 20 feet from a dipole, on all bands above and
including 20 meters, they generate an S 4 to S 5 RFI level...  I am
unable to hear them on my vertical 60 feet away...

As I said they are probably FCC Part 15 compliant, although not marked
as such interestingly enough.
