[RFI] FW: broadband interferes with radio signals

Unfortunately, the strictly seniority system equates one year's experience repeated 15 times as being the same as 15 years of experience.  Almost total ignorance and incompetence is thus rewarded. 
 
Yes, it is true that cream rises to the top, but scum does the same!
