[RFI] Invisible Dog Fence

Not to worry.  These fences operate at VLF (around 15 KHz IIRC) .  I 
have had one around my property for 10 years, and have never been 
conscious of it.  It runs within 75 feet of the base of my tower.  Now 
electric fences...that's a different matter.
