Exceptional compared to nothing at all or something worse.

: Many years ago, zip cord was measured by ARRL 
: Labs and found to be fairly lossy -- 3.9 dB/100 ft at 14 MHz -- with Zo 
: of 105 ohms. A low dipole (1/4 wave high or less) typically has 
: feedpoint Z of 50 ohms or lower, so it's not a very good match.

Irrelevant in the mentioned applications.
