Don't forget to involve the operators of the RFI generating device-- 
that's your neighbor, as well...

I believe they are ultimately responsible, and will have to pay to have 
things fixed once the installers are gone...

It is in your, and your neighbor's, best interest, to get this solved as 
close to install as possible.

Once everyone leaves, your neighbor will be responsible for correction, 
removal, and/or fines, due to the RFI.

Once your neighbor realizes this, your neighbor will become motivated to 
help in solving this.  You might go to the ARRL site, and print off an 
enforcement letter or two, and make sure to show it to your neighbor, 
all in a nice way, but in a firm way, else your use of 6 M will be less 
than optimum.
