[RFI] Grow Light RFI

Hi Larry,

I have not tried any of the commercial filters, however, Kevin Jones,
W7LOZ, reduced his neighbor's ballast RFI by 30 dB using the Revolution
filter. The RFI reduction must be dependent on the particular ballast
or installation. I have been successful with my home made filter in
about 5 installations.

Please let us know how the Galaxy ballast works.
