[RFI] Mobile phone expansion could disrupt key weather satellites

Both Sprint and SouthernLinc have repurposed the rebranded spectrum for LTE and possibly a smattering of CDMA. The border with Mexico is as yet to begin/complete rebanding (removing the interleaving).
