[RFI] Power pole equipment/smart meters.

They can relay from meter to meter as well as from
the meter to a repeater that is usually mounted to
streetlight brackets utilizing the photo cells
mount as a power supply access point.

Our smart meter utilizes the 896/935 commercial
band. It's polled by their prominent "mountain"
site. I receive an email when the mains disconnect
from the co-op and when they reconnect.
