[RFI] Every 60 KHz

Anyone run into an RFI emitter with outputs every 60 KHz?  It is 
stable,so probably not an SPS, and very loud - ~-60 dBM. First time I've 
run into this, and I'm hoping it may ring bellsbefore I try to DF it.
