[RFI] SBE URGES FCC ACTION ON RFI

In the proceedings for AM Revitalization, the SBE has filed strong
comments calling on FCC to get tough on RFI.  SBE's focus was on
medium wave frequencies, but deserves our attention and support since
alleviation of RFI in the medium waves can have a positive roll-off on
HF.
