[RFI] 15 M noise

"It sounded like power line noise but today it was confirmed by my power 
company as coming from a house about 1200' away from my antenna.  The house 
is in a completely underground area."

I assume underground fed power?

Could still be that, if that's what it sounds like.  Some of the worst noise 
I've heard is from moisture/water in underground services with portions 
above ground radiating as much and often more than individual 
poles/hardware.
