[RFI] Treadmill RFI

In response to recent discussion on this list regarding treadmill RFI, I
created a brief web page showing what I discovered inside our treadmill
that was RF-quiet as received from the manufacturer:

tl;dr:
- no line filter was used
- 4 turns on a FT-114-A size toroid for the red/black wire pair between
the variable speed drive electronics and the belt drive DC motor
- 4 turns on a separate FT-114-A size toroid for the single green ground
wire between the belt drive DC motor and the chassis
- the belt drive DC motor ground wire, the electronics ground wire, and
the AC line ground wire all bond to a common point on the chassis
