[RFI] Spectrum RFI Tracking

Some time ago, I posted information about using a spectrum display for 
RFI tracking.  One issue that arose was how to use a short vertical 
antenna (~48 inches) as a broad band antenna.  In order to do this, a 
high impedance, broadband amplifier is needed.  Larry Benko, W0QE, has 
developed such an amplifier.  He describes the amplifier and its use on
