[RFI] Solar Panel RFI/Grow light Noise Pollution

I don't know about the RFI, but 3-30 MHz is the HF range, not MF. The 
medium frequency range is 0.3-3MHz.

My small (~100 watt) solar system keeps an emergency battery topped off 
and causes no detectable RFI, probably due to the low currents involved. 
The system sits at the base of my tower with several wire antennas in 
close proximity.
