[RFI] New Dishwasher

Take a small short wave radio to the sales shop, and have them power the 
unit up prior to purchase.  That won't cover running RFI, but it will 
cover standby.  Maybe they will allow you to try and cycle it with no 
water...  That is the only real test.

Even if the Dishwasher was RFI quiet last year, it might not be this 
year...  Board revisions, parts, etc. all change in real time.
