[RFI] REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Dave,
Make the repair man replace, and tell him why... Let him know it is 
causing RFI.  That puts the RFI issue out there, in front of the people 
that deal with this stuff...

It can not hurt, and it might help the next person down the road.
